The Win’s Rose Bowl took place on Wednesday 29th June in the form of a 18 hole medal competition.

Millennium Pairs Trophy

The Gents Millennium Pairs 4 Ball Better Ball Trophy took place on Sunday 26th June.

1st – A Cooper & B Williams with 44 points

2nd – C Scott & N Gilks with 41 points

Ladies Four Ball Better Ball Trophy

The ladies 4 Ball Better Ball Trophy was held on Wednesday 22nd June and Sunday 26th June.

1st – D Turner & C Blackwell with 45 points

2nd – A Gilks & M Johnson with 44 points

Dawn’s Trophy 2022

The 2022 Dawn’s Trophy took place on Saturday 18th June under grey, damp skies.

The morning foursomes saw the ladies and gents teams share the honours with 3 wins a piece, leaving the seniors yet to get on the scoreboard. Lunch and refreshment obviously energised the seniors team with them staging a great comeback to win all 4 of their fourball matches and the ladies adding a further 2 to their total. Therefore before the singles commenced the ladies lead with 5 points, the seniors were promoted to 2nd with 4 and the gents remained on 3 with the singles matches to follow.

The ladies held their nerve and continued their good form adding a further 8 points in the singles, with the gents winning 6 and the seniors, having burnt themselves out, adding a further 4.

Final results were:

Ladies 13 points

Gents 9 Points

Seniors 8 Points.

A great day was had by all, with the usual good rivalry, sportsmanship and the odd helping of humour.
